Help & Questions
🔬 The Lab & Materials
What exactly is 3D printing?
Our products are created through Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM). This means we build your item layer-by-layer from the ground up using high-precision robotic extruders. Because of this process, you may see very fine "layer lines," which is a signature mark of a genuine 3D-printed piece.
What materials do you use?
We primarily use PLA (Polylactic Acid), a biodegradable thermoplastic derived from renewable resources like corn starch. For items requiring higher durability or heat resistance, we use PETG.

Note: Our prints are not dishwasher safe and should not be kept in high-heat environments (like a car in summer), as they may warp.
🛠️ Orders & Fabrication
How long will it take to get my order?
We operate on a "Pay-to-Make" model. Once you place an order, your item enters our print queue. Fabrication typically takes 3–5 business days. You will receive a tracking number the moment your piece leaves the lab.
Can I change my order?
Because we begin the technical setup shortly after an order is placed, you have 12 hours to request a color or design change. Once the "Tech" phase begins and the printers are running, we cannot make changes.
Do you offer custom printing services?
Yes! If you have a specific .STL file or a unique concept, please visit our Custom Request page. We can provide a quote based on material usage and print time.
📦 Shipping & Returns
What is your return policy?
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our lab, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Precision matters to us. If your item is damaged during transit, please email us a photo of the packaging and the product within 48 hours of delivery. We will fast-track a replacement print for you at no extra cost.
